Worth writing in about
- A correction. Most welcome of all. If an article no longer matches your org, tell us which release you are on and what you saw — we retest and update, and credit you unless you would rather we didn’t.
- A pitch. See Write for Us first.
- A request. Something you cannot find a straight answer to anywhere. These make good articles and we take the suggestions seriously.
Not worth writing in about
- Guest post offers that are link placements. We can tell.
- Requests to add, remove, or reword a link for SEO reasons.
- Certification exam questions, or requests for them.
- Support for your org. We are not Salesforce Support and cannot access your instance. For a production problem, open a case with Salesforce.
Corrections policy
When we get something wrong, we fix the article and note what changed and when. We do not silently edit and pretend the original said something else.
